EXPERTISE

Mr. Thueson joined Holland & Hart in 2006 for the opening of the Las Vegas, Nevada office where he practices complex commercial, real estate, and construction law. He has represented an array of construction professionals including owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in large complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Thueson has represented clients in contract claims, negligence and intentional torts, product liability, insurance coverage claims, lien claims, prompt payment claims, prevailing wage issues, bond issues, and bid protests and disputes for public works and private projects in both state and federal forums.

Mr. Thueson’s products liability experience includes representation of manufacturers in the construction materials, automobile, home appliance and marine vessel industries.

Mr. Thueson is licensed to practice law in Nevada, the United States District Court of Nevada, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
