EXPERTISE

Ms. Rodda joined Holland & Hart in 2007 after practicing for seven years with Kilpatrick Stockton, L.L.P. in Atlanta, Georgia. Ms. Rodda's practice focuses in the areas of construction and project development. Ms. Rodda has counseled clients on a myriad of construction-related issues and has represented clients in state and local courts, arbitrations, and mediations.

Ms. Rodda has represented owners, general contractors, and subcontractors on a variety of construction projects. Her experience involves a wide range of projects such as heavy-rail urban transit systems, wastewater treatment facilities, hotels, hospitals, and various types of renewable energy facilities. Ms. Rodda has counseled clients in all stages of a construction project, from preliminary assistance with drafting and negotiating development and construction agreements, to assisting with claims resolution during project construction, and finally to representation of clients in litigation or arbitration if necessary. She has frequently dealt with claims involving delay and disruption costs, differing site conditions, defective plans and specifications, bid protests, terminations and lost productivity.

Ms. Rodda has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, teaching first year Lawyering Process.
