EXPERTISE
Ms. Dow is currently Practice Group Manager of Holland & Hart’s Real Estate Practice Group. Ms. Dow has more than 24 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, including large, master planned development projects, acquisitions, subdivision and entitlement work, and timeshare and fractional registration. Ms. Dow has extensive experience representing owners in commercial construction contracts and architect agreements. She is experienced in representing commercial developers in all areas of land use and annexation, residential and mixed-use development, financing, “building green” legal issues, resort development and retail and office leasing.
Ms. Dow has represented an array of commercial real estate clients. Her experience includes representation of one of the largest master-planned projects in the State of Colorado. She also represents purchasers and developers of resort and ski area projects, a large multi-state homebuilding company, developers of mixed-use developments and office campus sites, landlords of office buildings and shopping centers, motion picture theatre companies and retail tenants.
From 1992 to 1998, she was Senior Vice President, Legal for one of the largest theatre circuits in the world, with more than 2,000 screens, for which she was responsible for all of the real estate leasing, development and construction legal work of more than $500 million in theatre projects, including the construction of more than 50 theatres throughout the U.S.
Ms. Dow has been listed as a leading real estate lawyer in Chambers USA Leading Lawyers for Business and in Colorado Super Lawyers since 2007.
