EXPERTISE
Ms. Fleck handles employment litigation, tort litigation, construction
litigation, real estate, and business matters for clients of the firm’s
Wyoming office. She has experience representing employers in employment
matters involving discrimination, wage and hour disputes, defamation,
wrongful discharge, and breach of contract as well as claims brought
pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1990, the Americans
With Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
Ms. Fleck has experience representing owners, contractors, and architects
in disputes involving residential and commercial projects. Her experience
includes court, as well as arbitration, proceedings.
Ms. Fleck frequently conducts training of employers and management
regarding the drafting and implementation of sexual harassment and disability
policies, as well as the requirements of other state and federal employment
laws. She has spoken and written articles regarding employment matters
as well.
