Practice Areas Ms. York’s principal areas of practice are construction, eminent domain, real estate and land use litigation. She is an experienced trial lawyer and has represented clients in numerous condemnation proceedings, as well as a variety of construction and real estate litigation disputes. Prior to joining Holland & Hart’s Litigation Department,
Ms. York served as a Deputy Attorney General for the Idaho Transportation
Department where she gained broad experience in transportation and construction-related
matters.Upon graduating from the University of Idaho College of Law,
where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Idaho Law Review, Ms. York
served as a law clerk for the Chief Justice of the Idaho Supreme Court,
Chas. F. McDevitt.
