EXPERTISE

Mr. Beltzer joined Holland & Hart LLP in November 2004 as a legal clerk.
Mr. Beltzer recently graduated Order of St. Ives from the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver, where he served as general editor for the Law Review, founded The Construction Law Society, and won moot court honors for persuasive writing.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Mr. Beltzer practiced as a professional civil engineer in private practice in Colorado and North Carolina. He specialized in large-scale design-build highway and major artery projects. Notable projects include the I-25 and University Boulevard Interchange and Light Rail as part of the TREX Project in Denver, Colorado; I-76 reconstruction between Hudson and Keenesburg, Colorado; Arapahoe Road between I-25 and Quebec Street in Englewood, Colorado; and preliminary design of Bryan Boulevard’s connection with Piedmont Triad International Airport, Greensboro, North Carolina.

Mr. Beltzer is admitted to practice law in the state of Colorado.
